Our return policy is designed to create a safe and fair environment for all PAYit.ng customers.
To ensure an optimum customer satisfaction items can be returned. However, there are some conditions to be met for an eligible return.
All complaints MUST be made within 7 days from delivery date. Please note that any complaint made after expiry of the return policy timeline stands void.
VALID RETURN REASONS
- Wrong size
- Incomplete parts
- Defective product
- Damaged product
- Below expectation
- Wrong specification
- Wrong product sent
REQUIREMENT FOR AN ELIGIBLE RETURN
- You must provide your return method
- You must have a valid order ID and invoice
- Item(s) must be in its new and resalable condition
- Return form must be sent with the retrieved product
- Required details as regards your refund method must be stated
- Your return reason must be genuine and align with our return conditions
- Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, accessories and freebies all intact
You may return an item if all the above requirements/reasons are met.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY
There are exceptions to our return policy for certain conditions and categories.
- Clearance sales
- Items in the Book category
- Items with unsealed packaging
- Fashion items that have been worn, altered or untagged
- Electronics damage as a result of moisture, sand, impact, dropping or tampering
- Damage/defects due to poor handling, wrong use of the instruction manual
For reasons of health and hygiene safety, we are unable to retrieve the following:
- Hair accessories/ extensions/ weave on
- Cream (Beauty category)
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
You may request for a return online by following the steps below:
Login to your PAYit.ng account
Click on “ORDER HISTORY”
Click on the “VIEW” icon of the product you want to return
Click on the “RETURN” icon displayed on the order information
Please fill the necessary details on the product information & reason on return page, then click the “SUBMIT” button.

HOW DO I SEND MY PRODUCT
Once your return request is confirmed, we will pick up the item(s) at your shipping address.
You will be contacted by our delivery associate for pick up. Retrieval attempts is made thrice. Subsequently an email is sent to notify our customers about the pick up if they are unreachable via phone. Kindly be informed that all return request after the third scheduled attempts will be cancelled.
HOW LONG IS THE EVALUATION PROCESS
Upon receipt of the item, a quality check is carried out to validate the return reason. The evaluation process is done within 24-48 hours. Our return timeline is stated below:
If the return reason is valid, we will proceed with the customer’s refund method either a replacement or refund by cash. PAYit.ng reserve the right to redeliver an item if the return reason is invalid.
HOW TO TRACK MY RETURN STATUS
Please login to your PAYit.ng account and click on the “RETURNS” menu. You can track the return status on the product returns page.
REPLACEMENT/REFUND BY CASH
An item will be replaced/refunded by cash after quality check evaluation has been validated. Replacement is subjected to the availability of the item during the return process.
We will refund by cash as long as the customer provides the required details i.e. (Account name, Account number, Bank name).
Replacement will be processed within 14 working days while refund process takes 2-5 working days.
PAYit.ng strives to enhance her customer experience with the best quality of products. At times, it may not go as it seems hence, through warranties we are able to come to a satisfactory resolution.
You can confirm if an item comes with a warranty on the item description page on the website. It is important to also check the warranty
Also, if your return request has elapsed the return timeline for a product with a warranty on the website, you may be referred to our service center.
Please note that PAYit.ng is not liable as you may be required to bear the repairing cost of the damages not covered in the warranty.
